Where is my order?

When you have placed your online order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain your order number, product details and delivery information. If any of these details are incorrect, errors should be reported to us as soon as possible by emailing us on sales@seatreats.co.uk or telephone us on 01472 867170 between 9am and 5pm Monday – Thursday, and 9am – 4pm Friday.

If you have not received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or you have not received your product within the outlined delivery timescale, then please contact our team by emailing us on sales@seatreats.co.uk or telephone us on 01472 867170 between 9am and 5pm Monday – Thursday, and 9am – 4pm Friday.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Whilst we aim to deliver all standard parcels within 5 working day, this is not always possible, please allow 2 – 5 working days from placing your order. If you have not received your order within the time frame, please contact us on sales@seatreats.co.uk or telephone us on 01472 867170 between 9am and 5pm Monday – Thursday, and 9am – 4pm Friday.

What if you’re not home when we deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products. If you do not contact the courier after 3 – 4 days they will return the items to us and customers will be charged for redelivery.
